While I only do a couple of live launches throughout the year, it's always an interesting time period.
To give you some 'backstage access', the inbox usually blows up with a lot of questions and this one thing is what always surprises me.
50% of the questions are about program questions, and the other 50% are about personal validation. 😮
I find this so interesting because these smart, confident women who are crushing it at life seem to second guess themselves if they will be good at using Pinterest and working with clients.
And I get it.
When I first got started as a Pinterest virtual assistant I was a nervous wreck. Even though I had an amazing job, worked with clients all the time and was in a business environment, I definitely wavered when it came to working for myself.
I was worried I would mess up, do something wrong, send the wrong email, basically all the things.
It was so unnecessary. The only shift I was making was internal. Instead of representing the company I worked for, I was representing myself. It was still business as usual.
And starting my own side hustle-turned-business was actually way better because I could be in charge of the type of business I was creating, set the vibe and more!
So if you've thought about joining one of my Pinterest programs, let's ditch the self-confidence fear from the start.
