Happy Friday! We have made it through the week. I am quite proud of myself because outside of grabbing a coffee, I made every meal at home this week. I looked at my credit card statement from last month and the Door Dash-ing was just too much!
We just got back from a long trip, so I'm working on a few travel recaps.
I went to the Pioneer Woman's town and her ranch (obsessed and this pic is where she films her cooking show), did almost the entire Route 66 road trip (now I need to rewatch the Cars movie) and spent several days in Sedona, Arizona. 🏜
So if you are curious about any of these things, these blog posts are in production! 🌵
A few weeks ago I shared that started my countertop herb garden and it looks amazing. I have not killed anything!
It really is the best little automatic garden that requires very little effort on my part.
Some of my herbs like dill and basil got so big while I was gone that I was able to move them into their own pots and start a new batch of herbs. Very exciting!
I also bought a juicer and after spending what felt like hours making my first batch of cold-pressed juice, I will never complain about the cost of a drink at a juice bar again.
Yes, I know I'm always late to trends and things, but I have been really enjoying my phase of exploring juice and the health benefits. 😊
The only downside? I think I spent a couple hours cleaning the machine, cleaning the veggies and then re-cleaning the machine. Is this normal? It felt very labor intensive. 😂
