Notice of Execution Updates

In order to provide better services and improve user experience, WhaleFin Execution Trading will go under upgrade from 3:00pm - 6:00pm on April 6, 2022 (UTC+8). The upgrade will take approximately 3 hours. Other WhaleFin functions will not be affected during the upgrade.

Upgrade Details:

1.Execution fees adjustment:
Execution fees = Service fee + Venue fee
*(All fees will be charged in the quote currency: e.g. trading fees of a BTC/USDT order will be charged in USDT.)

Service fees will be set based on the base rate of WhaleFin Club Level with a Trading Level discount. For more information, please refer to trading fee details.
*(In addition, Triangle pair service fee = Service fee * 2.)

Venue fees are based on the actual cost, you can enjoy a better fee rate than the regular market. However, please do be aware of the high actual trading fees of DEX.

2.Execution Trading will go under maintenance for about 3 hours, during which no orders may be placed. In addition, Execution API will be temporarily unavailable.

3.Users have to cancel all ongoing orders prior to the start of the upgrade. All ongoing orders will be mandatorily canceled during the system upgrade.
