First time back at a mall and front door side hustle

Hey 2022 money makers,

After months and months of being unable to make a decision, I finally went into the mall to order a new couch this week.

I am not sure what has happened over the years, but as someone obsessed with the mall in my younger years, it takes so much energy for me to go into one these days.

I hopped into Crate & Barrel and have had this one on my vision board for at least a year. I placed the order and only have to wait 32 weeks for it to get delivered. 😳🤣

Fun fact, I worked a couple seasons at C&B when I was younger. It was a seasonal job and I loved it. Their quality of products is really good. 👌 And if you need a discount, sign yourself up for your own pretend registry to save 10% lol.

My reward for making it to the mall was getting a pretzel, so I was a little bummed Auntie Anne's wasn't open.

In this day and age, they really need to think bigger and open up outside of the mall and add a drive thru, amiright. 🥨

If you haven't had a chance to read the blog, we have a new blog post on how to start a side hustle or business on making front door signs.

I don't know about you, but if you've ever been to a craft festival, you might have seen booths that sell all kinds of seasonal or monogram front door hangers.

It's a pretty cool side hustle as Tamara sells her hangers, teaches courses and even has an online shop!

Have a great week!

-Kristin

PS: Home decor blogs are so fun and popular! I did so much research when picking out a new couch and was fortunate to read other blog post reviews first.

If you like taking pics of your home and sharing all the fun shopping trips or how you style your home, starting a home decor blog might be just the right type of blog for you to start! Learn more here.
