What is the minimum amount that I can invest? 2. What is the minimum amount that I can invest? To invest in an individual company on the OurCrowd platform, the minimum investment is $10,000. For investors who choose to create a Portfolio Select Account the minimum investment is $5,000, when transferring a balance of $25,000. Read more about the additional benefits of Portfolio Select. To invest in an OurCrowd fund the minimum investment is $50,000.   3. What is OurCrowd's fee structure? 3. What is OurCrowd's fee structure? OurCrowd fees are comparably competitive to traditional VC structures. Management Fees 2% annually for four years (capped). Administration Fees 4% upfront for direct reimbursement of SPV's expenses.* Drawn down as expenses are incurred. *Additional reimbursement, beyond 4%, may apply and be set off from proceeds upon distribution. Carried Interest 20% on profits up to 5x of the amount invested. Proceeds in excess of 5x of the amount invested will be subject to carried interest at a rate of 25%. The fee structure above applies to SPVs. Fund products have unique fee structures, as specified in each fund's offering documents.
